I was pulled over in McIntosh County for a superspeeder ticket in which I was accused of going over 100 mph in a 70 zone. I had GPS data showing I never went above 85 mph. Having never had anything more than a parking ticket in my life, I was at a complete loss as to what to do, and I felt completely helpless. Schneider Lerch Montgomery were recommended by a friend and were ultimately able to handle the situation and get my case settled without requiring any court appearances. Unfortunately, there was a hefty fine to pay to make it go away, but I can now say the case is closed and I’ve come out of it without any points on my license or other consequences. It is such a powerless feeling when you have been accused of something you have proof you did not do, especially when no one will listen to you.
